Mainly, it is the gang's rent for the individual residences to be assessed, but if the market rent has fallen and is lower than the gang's rent, it should be assessed what is the housing market rent. A rent assessment shall result in the tenderer ́s conclusion as to what is the gang ́s rent (possibly market rent) for each residence, considering the conditions that affect the rent value of the individual rental housing.
