Requirements regarding wages and working conditions.: Requirement: The tenderer is responsible for ensuring that their own employees, sub-contractors employees (including hired) have wages and working conditions in accordance with: The regulations on general tariff agreements. Regulations on wages and working conditions in public contracts dated 8 February 2008, where applicable. For areas not covered by the regulations on general tariff agreements, the wages and working conditions shall be in accordance with the nationwide tariff agreement for the relevant branch. Wages and working conditions means provisions on minimum working hours, wages, including overtime supplement, shift and rota supplements and inconvenience supplements, and coverage of expenses for travel, board and lodging, to the degree that such provisions come under the tariff agreement. Tenderers are obliged, upon request, to document wages and working conditions for their own employees, employees at any sub-suppliers (including hired).
