The Norwegian Parliament c/o the Division for Procurements and Administrative Systems needs to enter into a contract with one tenderer for procurement assistance. The services shall ensure that the procurements are carried out with high quality at the right time, in accordance with the law and regulations on public procurements. The aim of the procurement is to ensure access to high quality procurement competence, including mainly for assistance with operative procurements in short periods to help temporary absences, under staffing etc., but also other relevant procurement consultancy as needed. The latter can, for example, be consultancy services for procurement related strategic plans, procurement analyses, category management, templates and other assignments that contribute to improvement and efficiency of the procurement function in the Norwegian Parliament. The Norwegian Parliament has entered into separate contracts for legal assistance as well as strategic and mercantile environment consultancy, so that these services will consequently not be included in the framework agreement.
