Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
Nordland county would like to invite tenderers to an open competition for a framework agreement for multi-function sprinters (MFP). Relevant documentation and a more detailed description of what is requested are attached to this competition. The framework agreement will have a maximum extent of up to 160 multi-function machines that can be procured during the contract period. This constitutes the framework agreement ́s upper limit and when this extent is reached, no more call-offs can be made under the framework agreement. Each machine that is delivered under the framework agreement shall include: installation and commissioning, service and maintenance agreement, the service agreements are in accordance with the terms of the service agreement, and may last beyond the actual framework agreement period, but within the maximum number of machines that the framework agreement allows.
