The aim of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement that always ensures the Contracting Authority quick and flexible access to external legal assistance when needed. Although the Contracting Authority uses its own internal legal resources to a large degree, situations arise where the capacity is insufficient, or where there is a need for specialised competence that does not exist internally. Service types that are included: Legal advice, both for individual questions and major reviews Quality assurance Assistance in complaints and disputes, including negotiations and procedure Courses, seminars, conferences etc.
