The purpose of this procurement is to establish a framework agreement for the leasing of beverage vending machines that provide hot drinks and water at most of our office locations, as well as a service agreement for the operation, repair, and maintenance of the equipment. The agreement also includes the purchase of related products. The contracting authority aims to ensure that employees at the office locations have access to high-quality beverages from reliable machines that are easy and intuitive to use. The vending solutions should contribute to a positive user experience in everyday life, providing convenient access to coffee and other hot drinks. The cooperation between the contracting authority and the supplier should be characterized by efficiency and solution-oriented dialogue. Inquiries and orders must be handled smoothly, and it should be easy for the customer to manage the agreement, including an overview of leased machines, costs related to product purchases and service assignments, as well as compliance with sustainability requirements. Maintenance and cleaning of the machines should be simple and require minimal time from the customer’s employees. It should also be easy to obtain service and repairs at all locations covered by the agreement. The procurement must safeguard sustainability requirements at all levels and throughout the value chain, and contribute to the contracting authority’s objectives of responsible consumption and environmentally friendly solutions.
