The supplier shall assist the section with procurement and procurement expertise assistance during the framework agreement period. The purpose of the framework agreement is to ensure that the section always has access to qualified consultancy assistance within the procurement area. The framework agreement is intended to help during periods of increased workload, understaffing, long-term absence, and similar situations. It is desirable that the same resources assist the contracting authority to achieve optimal resource utilization and continuity. The timing and duration of the assistance will depend on the need.
