The framework agreement can include the following contract works: planning and carrying out investment and maintenance projects. The contracting authority reserves the right to use the contract for major projects, but is not bound to it. The contracting authority can announce individual competitions for larger/special projects. The framework agreement may be limited to cases where the service is a minor part and naturally belongs to another major building and construction project or where the contracting authority is covered by other overlapping contracts. See part 2 annex 1 for further information on the contents of the procurement.
