Sunnfjord municipality faces major demographic, economic and educational challenges that make it naudsynt to develop a complete and future-oriented school and nursery structure. With requirements for saving and restructuring, there is a great need to do noko with the structure and ensure a resilience in the municipality. The restructuring work is planned to be carried out between NOK 2,025-2029, which will include the need for alterations and adaptations to the existing buildings for new functions and requirements. In addition to ovannemnde strukturendringar, the municipality will, at a time, need assessments and branches connected to the production of the service in the municipality and accompanying purpose-built buildings. Sunnfjord municipality, c/o eininga Bygg og eigedomforvaltning, wish to join up with a permanent team of architect and consultants for technical disciplines, and would therefore like to enter into a framework agreement with three companies who can offer and verify the builder ́s specialist consultancy/engineering design services in connection with the development of Sunnfjord municipality ́s purpose-built buildings in the period. All consultancy services shall be in Norwegian unless the contracting authority can use each assignment.
