Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
The aim of the procurement is to cover acute and planned repairs, maintenance and upgrading needs of electrical installations on the municipality ́s properties. The framework agreement shall preferably be used for electrical work in connection with. continuous maintenance and upgrade needs. The tenderer shall, in accordance with the rules in the framework agreement, perform the following and related services (the list is not exhaustive).● Service, maintenance and control of the existing installations● Expansions of the existing installations● Preparation and secure regulatory documentation on existing and new installations● Responsibility for application/notification to the network supplier● Follow-up of inspection reports from the local electrical inspection● All documentation shall be prepared electronically and enclosed in the municipalities ́ relevant MOM system.

The procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 (LOA) and the Public Procurement Regulations (FOA) FOR 2016-08-12-974 parts I and III.

The contracting authority shall state that in Norway there are national rejection reasons. These shall be described in the procurement documents. Tenderers must respond to whether they are in one or more of the situations described in the national rejection reasons. Will the purely national rejection reasons, as stated in the relevant notice or in the procurement documents, apply?
