Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

A framework agreement shall be signed with up to 5 tenderers of RIG. Each tenderer shall present documentation in the competition for 6 consultants for RIG, cf. point 5.2.2 below. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure that the contracting authority, throughout the contract period, has access to assistance from RIG with relevant competence to cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing need for RIG services. The framework agreement is intended to cover review work, engineering design and other consultancy assignments, including independent inspection assignments. The assignments can also include engineering design group management and any coordination assignments for other consultants for relevant assignments. The contracting authority ́s projects vary in nature, size, cost, length and difficulty and require resources and teams with uniform competence.

Quality Assurance System: Tenderers shall have a good and well functioning quality assurance system. Documented by an account of the tenderer ́s quality assurance system/quality management system, as well as a copy of the table of contents. The account shall be on a maximum of two A4 pages. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent certification schemes, it will be sufficient to fulfil the requirement. Minimum qualification requirements

Environmental management system: Tenderers shall have sufficient relevant environmental competence, management systems and procedures for quality assurance to ensure that the service is carried out in an environmentally correct manner and in accordance with environmentally relevant requirements in public provisions and contract. Documented by an account of the tenderer's environment policy and guidelines for following-up the environment. The account shall be on a maximum of two A4 pages. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001, Miljøfyrtårnet or equivalent certification schemes, this will be sufficient to fulfil the requirement. Minimum qualification requirements

Experience: Tenderers shall have good experience from comparable assignments as consulting engineers within both geotechnics, engineering geology and environmental geology. Documented by: Description of up to five of the tenderer's most relevant assignments with comparative value during the last three years. The description must include a statement of the contract ́s value, date and recipient (name, telephone number and e-mail address), as well as a statement of why the assignment is relevant for what this procurement covers. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers can document their experience by referring to competence of the personnel that the tenderer has at his disposal and can use this assignment, even if the experience has been worked up while the personnel have served another service provider. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the reference persons. Use the attached form for the reference project. Minimum qualification requirements
