There is a need for consultancy and engineering design services within water and sewage, geo-assistance and road measures, mainly for water and sewage projects in Tønsberg municipality. The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with up to 4 tenderers. The framework agreement will be valid for 2 years from when the contract is signed, with a unilateral option for the contracting authority to extend the contract annually up to a maximum of 8 years. The contracting authority can also extend the framework agreement for a shorter period than one year. The total estimated value of the framework agreement, including options, is NOK 220 million excluding VAT. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 300 million excluding VAT. The value of the contract is estimated to BE NOK 55 million excluding VAT per annum in the contract period. This gives a combined contract value for the entire possible contract period (including options) of approx. Emphasis is put on the fact that the contracting authority does not have a minimum purchasing obligation and will not be bound to the estimated volume. The contracting authority reserves the right to take out individual assignments for special competition outside this framework agreement where the municipality finds this appropriate.
