Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
Tenders are to be submitted to pupils or groups of pupils who, due to different reasons, need an alternative to ordinary teaching during a period or for parts of the week throughout the school year. This applies to students who learn best through practical activities. There can be school movers, secluded pupils, provocative pupils, students with different types of disabilities, or students who, for other reasons, need to spend some of their school time in a different arena than what local school can offer. The number of pupils can vary from year to year and during the year and close cooperation between the tenderer and the schools entering into the contract is necessary. The procurement ́s contract value/volume is estimated to NOK 9 million excluding VAT. The value is for 4.5 years, including the option year: 2.5+1+1 year, the end of the school year in 2030. The total value depends on the number of pupils, the degree of facilitation and the market ́s pricing of the services. The mentioned amount does not represent any purchasing obligation as regards withdrawals within each tenderer. It is the municipalities ́ real need that always decide what makes up the actual call-off in the contract period. The maximum contract value of the procurement is NOK 15 million excluding VAT.
