The service area consists of the following municipalities: Harstad, Tjeldsund, Kvæfjord, Ibestad, Senja, Sørreisa, Målselv, Bardu, Lavangen, Salangen and Dyrøy.The estimated need is 80-90 parallel individual places at all times. (except for the first six months, see below). In this service area a delivery place shall be offered both in Harstad and at Finnsnes.If there is a need for physical meetings, the tenderer is obliged to meet participants in the participant ́s home municipality. If there is a need for physical meetings in the participant ́s home municipality, which is not the delivery place Harstad or Finnsnes, an agreement shall be made with the Nav before the meeting, cf. the tender documentation part III Annexes 1 and 3.

The service area consists of the following municipalities: Karlsøy, Balsfjord, Storfjord, Lyngen, Nordreisa, Skjervøy and Kåfjord. A delivery place shall be offered in this service area (tenderers shall choose which of the above mentioned municipalities they offer a delivery place in). If physical meetings are required, the tenderer is obliged to meet participants in the participant ́s home municipality. If there is a need for physical meetings in the participant ́s home municipality, which is not the delivery place where the tenderer has premises, an agreement shall be made with the Nav before the meeting, cf. the tender documentation part III Annexes 1 and 3.

The competition is divided into sub-contracts in the Mercell portal. The sub-contracts are: "Service area A - Tromsø municipality," "Service area B - South and Mid Troms" and "Service area C - North". There is also a separate sub-contract cold "Tender Submission". In the sub-contracts, Service area A - Tromsø municipality", "Service area B - South and Mid Troms" and "Service area C - North" shall upload a tender letter in each sub-contract that the tenderer would like to submit a tender in, cf. the tender documentation part I point 3.8.4.In the sub-contract "Tender Submission", the tenderer shall upload all other documentation that the tender consists of (Complete tender, cf. the tender documentation part I point 3.8.1).
