A petition for a provisional injunction against the contracting authority ́s decision to reject an application to participate in the competition. Cf. the Procurement Regulations §§ 24-1 and 24-2, or not to select a tenderer, cf. the procurement regulations § 16-12, must be presented within 15 days calculated from the day after the Contracting Authority sends out a notification on rejection in accordance with the procurement regulations § 24-10 (3) or selection in accordance with the procurement regulations § 16-12 (4).
