Midt-Gudbrandsdal renovasjon IKS (MGR) is a company owned by Ringebu, Sør-Fron and Nord-Fron municipalities. The company is responsible for the collection, reception and reloading of waste from households and businesses in the region. The company shall implement several investments in building and construction in the period 2025-2030. There is a need to hire external construction manager who shall have the operative responsibility for the development.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The contract is for the hire of construction manager for work assignments such as: Dialogue with relevant authorities Follow-up of the builder regulations Coordination of SHA and KS Contracting, including preliminary engineering design services and preparation of competition documents Follow-up progress, budget and contracts Quality Control Communication work The contracting authority plans that the projects are carried out as turnkey contracts. The contracting authority expects 700 hours per annum to be involved, but this estimate is uncertain. The time spent will also vary from year to year. The planned framework for the procurements is NOK 77,000,000 until 2030. The procurements are anchored in the current master plan for our facility at Frya. and it must be estimated that the composting plate has been contracted and possibly in the start-up when the construction manager joins the project. The heating garage is currently being engineered.
