Solidity (equity ratio in%): • Greater than or equal to 10%. Liquidity degree 1: • Greater than or equal to 0.9 Documentation requirement: The Contracting Authority will assess the Tenderer's fulfilment of the qualification requirement in the following ways: • Annual Financial Statements, last available financial year • For newly established companies, companies under foundation, companies without activity or companies that are not credit assessed, a parent company guarantee can instead be submitted, bank guarantee, or equivalent that provide equivalent security for the ability to fulfil the contract. The organisation number for the parent company shall be provided when using a parent company guarantee. If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation that the Contracting Authority has demanded, tenderers can prove their economic and financial capacity by any other document, including, for example, by a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain rating reports in order to verify that the tenderer has sufficient economic and financial capacity.
