The objective of the procurement is to strengthen the knowledge basis for follow-up (procured/tender based follow-up measures) and the follow-up initiative work with support in self-management (previously expanded follow-up), to assess the use, organisation and organisation of such initiatives. The project shall describe and analyse the following, in which the follow-up and initiative work with support is compared: - Which user groups are recruited to the measures - What content is offered in the measures - Effects on the connection to work over time for participants - Cost benefit and efficiency - Reasons for the results/effects The final delivery deadline for the agreement is 1 June 2027. The estimated value of the procurement is NOK 2.5 million (excluding VAT) for the years 2025 - 2027. See annex 1 of the contract for further details on the delivery.

Technical and professional qualifications: Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient ability and experience to be able to carry out the delivery. This includes experience with assignments that have included: - Analyses of labour market measures - Quantitative analyses of linked register data and qualitative analyses Documentation requirements • Description of at least three of the tenderer's most relevant assignments from the last five years.
