The contracting authority Gloppen municipality would like, via this procurement, to enter into a framework agreement for electrician mapping services with materials for Gloppen municipality. Electri mapping shall be established with materials for continuous maintenance, repayments and minor installations. The services shall be carried out on all types of municipal buildings, street lights and W&S technical installations. This is where talk of executing electrical map tests. Service contracts are not a part of this avtala. The extent of the avtala is unclear, and Gloppen municipality does not have sufficient purchasing obligation in volume in accordance with this procurement. The estimated volume for the total contract period, including the option years, is approx. NOK 3,500,000 ,-. The contracting authority would like to note that work/project with an estimate of more than NOK 200,000 can be announced as a single competition and therefore it does not host the scope of this framework agreement. The contracting authority can also benefit fromtala for assignments of the size, if the contracting authority would find it the most appropriate. The contracting authority shall have moglegheit to carry out equivalent work that is to be executed in the competition with owned personnel, where the contracting authority find this appropriate and at available capacity. The contracting authority shall have moglegheit for trading materials for their own work at the negotiated departments of this department. Varigheit on avtala is two (2) years with the contracting authority's own moglegheit for extension in the outer quarters of a (1) + one (1) year. The contracting authority will enter into a contract with up to two tenderers. If a contract is signed with two tenderers, the following ranks will be in accordance with withdrawals: The tenderer who gives the best tender and thus receives the most points in the evaluation, shall be contacted at number one. If the tenderer does not have the moglegheit to carry out the assignment in an equal deadline, the tenderer who gives the next best service must be contacted.
