Sandefjord municipality, hereafter called the contracting authority, intends to enter into framework agreements for electrical services (low and heavy current) and materials. The aim of the procurement is to get assistance with delivering and managing the execution of assignments where the delivery consists of electrical services including materials, with an emphasis on: Maintenance of buildings with installations Reconstructions/replacements in buildings with installationsRehabilisations/upgrades to buildings with installations including outdoor areas (e.g. parks, squares)Fire/vandalism/water damage in buildings Assembly and repairs of Electric vehicle chargers.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

Two contracts shall be awarded in connection with the notice. There will be a contract for low current and one for heavy current. Parallel framework agreements will be established with 3 tenderers for each area (low and high current). Tenderers can submit a tender for one or both areas. If a tender is submitted for both areas, the price form shall be submitted for both areas. (see annex 1 Price Form electrician services and accompanying materials - heavy current and Annex 2 Price Form electrician services and the accompanying materials - low current).In the event of call-offs against the contract, the contracting authority will first ask the tenderer no. 1, if this cannot carry out the assignment, the tenderer will be asked no. 2 etc. The contracting authority reserves the right to hold mini-competitions between the tenderers on the framework agreements if the total cost of the individual assignment is expected to exceed NOK 500,000 excluding VAT. The annual volume is estimated to approx. Excluding VAT. The volume will vary from year to year and there are no guarantees for the stated volume. The maximum value of the agreement, including price rise is NOK 100,000,000 if this is achieved, the contract will be exhausted and the contracting authority can terminate the contract with immediate effect. Procurements for more than NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT, can be held outside the contract and announced as separate competitions. The contracting authority will prepare separate contracts for new buildings or major alterations. These framework agreements will therefore not apply in these cases. The already ordered goods and services in the existing framework agreement will be finalised and kept out of this contract.
