Roadside grass cutting and roadside pruning/trimming is to be carried out along Bærum municipality ́s road network, which is approx. 500 km and consists of roads, foot and cycle paths, stairs and tracks. The assignment is organised in 5 routes (sub-contracts), and tenders can be submitted for each, several or all lots (sub-contracts). Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that in order to reduce costs the following changes are from the previous contract:1. Removed requirements for parallel progress on the routes and that each section shall have a machine. The minimum requirements for the number of machines are not specified, but tenderers must have sufficient machines to be able to carry out the work by deadlines in accordance with the contract (see annex 1 part B). 2. Twigs can be carried out later in the season, which gives more flexibility for the supplier. The twigs shall be carried out in the period from 01.08 to 31.10 each year. Tenderers can decide for themselves the date of execution, as long as the work is completed by 31.10.3. Edge trimming and twigs shall be carried out every year, but it is only every second year that careful needlework shall be done around poles, installations, railings etc. (in contradictions to each year earlier). See Annex 1 Contract provisions part B for the requirements for the assignment.

Regarding any other economic and financial requirements that have been stated in the notice or in the procurement documents, the tenderer declares that: Minimum qualification requirements Requirement 3 - Finances The tenderer is required to be financially solvent, which gives the contracting authority the security that the tenderer will be financially viable throughout the period of the agreement. Documentation requirement: A complete credit assessment/report, not older than three months, from a publicly certified credit rating company, with score A (credit worthy) or an equivalent or better rating. The report shall be based on the last known accounting figures. The date must be clearly stated. Companies without a satisfactory credit rating, newly established companies with a credit rating of AN, some foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to document that the requirement is fulfilled. In such cases, they will be able to compensate with a satisfactory credit rating which provides an equivalent security for implementation ability. Such alternative documentation shall be included with the tender. If the tenderer has valid reasons for not submitting the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the Contracting Authority deems suitable. Sole proprietorships must submit a credit rating of the sole proprietorship. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain updated credit assessments from a publicly certified credit rating company and emphasise this in the evaluation.

The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration. Minimum qualification requirements Requirement 5 - Experience Experience from relevant assignments is required. Relevant assignments means relevant mechanical road operations, for example edge cutting/twigs and/or snow clearing along public roads. Experience assignments shall either be of a similar size, or there can be several different relevant experience assignments that, in total, are of equal scope and value. Documentation requirement: List of the most important deliveries or services performed during the past three years, including information about the value, time, and the name of the public or private recipients with contact information. Documentation of relevant deliveries or services that the tenderer has carried out more than three years ago can also be considered. For newly established companies, the key personnel's experience from previous working conditions can be equated with the tenderer's.
