The aim of the agreement: • To increase the number of jobs within the visitor industry in Halden. The visitor industry includes experiences, accommodation, serving, commerce and transport• Strengthening and developing Halden as an attractive destination for both national and international visitors. The service shall contribute to national and international attention and ensure business participation and engagement in Halden's development.• The cooperation agreement is based on the targets of the at any given time applicable "Business and Employment Plan" and "Event Strategy" for Halden municipality. Tenderers are obliged to keep themselves up-to-date on the targets and initiatives in the plans.• Tenderers shall contribute to achieving targets, strategies and initiatives in the at any given time applicable "Business and Employment Plan" and "Event Strategy" for Halden municipality.

Rettslig grunnlag:

A contract shall be signed with a tenderer who shall provide destination services on behalf of Halden. municipality. The contract is estimated to have an annual value of NOK 825,000 excluding VAT, which shall cover all costs involved in providing the service.
