County road 415 Selåsvatn - Simonstad - new contract

The project comprises a approx. 4,900 m long two-lane road planned in accordance with road standard H2 National main roads with a reduced road width of 7.5 m. The plan also includes a bridge, exits, junctions and bus lay-bys, as well as roads for forestry. The planning area is located in the southeast of Åmli municipality between Hovdehei in the east and Simonstad in the west. The work to be carried out is the remaining work and the completion of the work started in the previous contract.

Requirement for economic and financial capacity.: The average annual turnover for the last three previous fiscal years is NOK 115,000,000. Tenderers shall have a percentage equity ratio of at least 10%.

The organisational and legal position of the tenderer.: The tenderer shall be a legally established company.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet

The tenderer ́s technical and professional qualifications.: Tenderers shall have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from the following works: - Implementation and management of road installations on/along public roads. - Terrain work, including blasting and replacing matter in water. -Bridge. Tenderers shall have experience from the execution and management of road installations on/along public roads. If the tenderer himself does not have experience with the execution of terrain work, replacement of matter in water and bridge, the tenderer must rely on other companies that have the necessary experience with execution, see B2 point 4.1.

Implementation ability: 1. Tenderers are required to have the capacity and ability to handle unforeseen conditions in the contract. 2. Technical and professional competence and relevant experience is required of the key personnel who will be used for this assignment.

Health, safety and the environment (HSE) and quality.: Tenderers shall have an HSE system that fulfils the requirements in the Regulations on systematic health, environment and safety work in entities (the Internal Control Regulations). The system shall be subject to regular audits.

Outer environment/environmental management system: Qualification requirement: Tenderers shall have a good and well-functioning environmental management system, based on ISO 14001 (2015), EMAS (EU Eco-Management and Audit Scheme for environmental managment), Miljøfyrtårn (Eco-Lighthouse), or equivalent, with relevance to equivalent transport projects. The system shall be subject to regular audits.

Quality assurance: Tenderers shall have a good and well-functioning quality management system, based on ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent, with relevance to equivalent transport projects. The system shall be subject to regular audits.
