Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations. The contracting authority will carry out a credit assessment of tenderers and this must show that the tenderer is credit worthy without any requirement for collateral alterntively that there is a guarantee in place for the execution of the contract.

The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration.
Minimum qualification requirements
The tenderer shall have good experience with the execution of equivalent deliveries. Documentation: Levrandøre shall state 2 references from equivalent assignments during the last three years.
The reference shall include: The contracting authority, assignment volume, type of assignment and gender neutral preferred.

Minimum qualification requirements
The tenderer shall have good quality assurance routines. Documentation: A description of the procedures for quality assurance that the tenderer will use for the delivery. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent third party verified systems, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.
