Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The system shall be a clear, functional and user friendly KAV where all of the contracting authority ́s contracts are combined. Furthermore, the system must have a secure system with good interface with other systems that the Contracting Authority currently has; for example, the system must have integration with the finance system Xledger. The system ought to have integration with the Elements archive system. The system must quickly provide answers to simple questions, such as spending per supplier, spending per contract, overview of end dates for contracts, overview of the remaining extensions per contract, etc. The system must also have good functionality for notifications (contracts that are nearing expiry dates, etc.). In addition to the mentioned modules being offered, the Contracting Authority shall have the right, in the contract period, to include new functionality in the system if such functionality becomes available during the contract period. The latest version of the system shall always be available for the Contracting Authority at no extra cost, at the latest by the start of a new contract year for the contract. The tenderer who wins the competition must assist with imports from the existing KAV to the new KAV. A module must also be offered for supplier follow-up as an option in the contract, so that the Contracting Authority can, for example, follow-up critical suppliers, follow-up suppliers in accordance with the Transparency Act and follow up suppliers with whom the Contracting Authority has entered into a data processing agreement.
