Financial capacity: Tenderers must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. Documentation requirements: Norwegian tenderers: Credit evaluation/rating, not older than one year, and which is based on the last known fiscal figures. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain further credit rating or other financial information (annual accounts including notes, the Board's Annual Reports and Audit Reports, as well as new information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures). Foreign tenderers: Equivalent documentation shall be presented from a certified credit rating agency in the tenderer's home country, not older than 1 year, and based on the last known accounting figures. If such a credit rating is not available, the tenderer may instead submit: ·       the last annual accounts with notes ·       auditor's report ·       any other relevant documentation that shows the tenderer ́s economic and financial position. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain further information, including publicly available credit rating or financial information from trusted sources in the tenderer's home country.

Reference assignment: Tenderers shall have documented experience from relevant assignments. This means assignments of a relevant nature, complexity, degree of difficulty and scope. Documentation requirements: Tenderers shall provide an overview of their most important and relevant assignments in the last three (3) years. The overview shall contain the following information for each assignment: ·       Project/assignment type and content ·       The assignment ́s value and extent ·       Date of execution ·       Contracting authority/recipient (name, telephone number and email address) The attached reference form can be used, or tenderers can use their own form as long as all requested information is stated. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the stated references for verification of the information.
