The contracting authority has assessed that there are special conditions that give the contracting authority the possibility to enter into a framework agreement for a longer duration than four years, cf. The Public Procurement Regulations § 26-1 (4). The costs for the construction of the filling station are large, and it is necessary that the supplier of the station is also responsible for the operation during the same period.
The contracting authority shall also procure seven years of the depreciation period for the vehicles that the contracting authority shall procure and that shall use biogas as fuel.
