The total value of the procurement (over a four year period) is estimated to approx. NOK 20 million excluding VAT, and the competition is regulated by the law and regulations on public procurements. The competition will be held in accordance with the procurement regulations ́ provisions part I and part III as well as the provisions stated in this tender documentation. The total value of the procurement depends on sufficient financing over the municipality ́s budget in the contract period. It must therefore be expected that the procurement ́s size will deviate from the estimated value.
