The latter is responsible for the operation of the Climate and Energy Fund. For lot 1, the value of the contract is estimated to be between NOK 5 million and NOK 10 million For lot 2, the value of the contract is estimated to be somewhere between NOK 9 and 14 million the contracts ́ value is only a guideline and carries no obligations for the contracting authority or rights for the tenderer.
