Returkraft would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer for "collection, transport and approved final processing of Filter dust" from Returkraft ́s plant, in accordance with the competition documents. The contract will be valid for 1 (one) year starting 01.10.2025, with an option for a further 3 years (1+1+1 year), if Returkraft AS so chooses.

Rettslig grunnlag:

The procurement is an open tender contest and is implemented in accordance with the Public Procurement Act from 17 June 2016 no. 73 and the public procurement regulations FOR 201-08-12-974 parts I and part III.
