The National Library of Norway would like to enter into a contract for cleaning services in our premises in Henrik Ibsens gate 110 in Oslo, with the accompanying magazine building at Observatoriegaten 1. The contract shall replace the existing contract when it expires 31.03. 2026 The National Library of Norway shall enter into a new contract for cleaning services at the entity ́s premises in Oslo.

Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The buildings consist of offices, different types of work rooms, exhibition and public premises, magazines for the National Library's gatherings, meeting rooms, reception, communal areas, kitchen, toilets, changing rooms, as well as a cafe on the ground floor and canteen on the ground floor. Tenderers must adapt to the use of the building and cooperate with the contracting authority on cleaning times and routines. Insta-800 shall be used. A detailed description can be found in Annex A: Exercise Description.The National Library invites tenderers to a site inspection Tuesday, November 25, 12:00. Register via the Mercell communication portal. The contract that is used is NS 8431.The contract will be valid for 4 years from 01.04.2026. The contracting authority shall have the option to extend the contract on verbatim terms for 1+1 year. The option is automatically extended for 1 year unless the tenderer receives written notice. However, the maximum contract period is 6 years. The Contracting Authority can at any time terminate the agreement with six months written notice. Termination of the Contract will not affect any ordering made before the Contract expires. The tenderer has the right to terminate the agreement with six months written notice if there is a justifiable reason.
