Tenderers are required not to have tax or VAT.
Tax certificate for VAT and tax. The certificate shall be updated and not older than 6 months from the tender deadline. Such a certificate can be used for the www.altinn.no
Tenderers are required to have sufficient finances to fulfil the relevant contract, the minimum requirement is that the tenderer is credit worthy.
Credit evaluation/rating not older than six months from the tender deadline, which is based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be issued by a Norwegian publicly certified credit rating institution.

The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration.
Minimum qualification requirements
Experience from equivalent assignments/deliveries is required. Equivalently, meinast here are framework agreements for trailing maintenance, or experience from major assignments that state that the tenderer has naudsynthes certification to carry out such work, and that one is able to carry out the types of work that the framework agreement includes.
A reference list shall be enclosed with the tenderer ́s most important assignments in the last three years that are relevant in accordance with the requirement ovanfor. The list shall state the date, customer, scope and gender neutral preferred at the customer.
References can be collected as random samples or if there is doubt about whether the tenderer is qualified.
