Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
Sykkylven municipality would like to use this contract to get easy and good access to the handicraft articles in the area carpentry/joinery, and to get work done in this regard, with good quality and at the right price. The framework agreement shall comprise the purchase of all hazardous work articles on this subject for minor new buildings, improvements and maintenance of the existing buildings of municipal buildings. The contracting authority believed that the extent of the services in each trade may be between NOK 200,000 and NOK 1,000,000. The extent may vary, and the contracting authority has no obligation to purchase in accordance with the volume in accordance with this contract. Work may include carpentry and joinery work such as minor renovation, modernisation, payments after internal inspections etc. All work shall be controlled and approved by professionals. To the degree that they host new unskilled/apprentices, the tenderer shall show particular regard to approving the delivery. The assignments include, among other things: General carpentry and joinery assignments. Smaller new buildings, alterations and modernisations, moving walls, internal and external cladding etc., the framework agreement for debt execution. Materials shall be retrieved/purchased at the contracting authority ́s levelled shops, and responses thereof shall be sent directly to the contracting authority. If the contracting authority needs documentation of the work performed, the process shall be produced in accordance with the applicable rules for the subject. Before assignments hosted in gong, cost estimates shall be based on the agreed price, as well as information on when the assignment shall start and completed. If the tenderer understands or has reason to believe that the delivery will be delayed, the contracting authority shall be notified of this without delay, with information on the reason as well as the new delivery date. When carrying out the assignment/completion, garbage and other waste shall be removed from "clean buildings". In general, the workplace should be cleared and s secured before working hours end every day. Please refer to the attached contract terms, which shall be used for the cooperation. Supplyer shall write hours from the time they arrives and start the assignment on the agreed work object until the time they travels from the work object. Other services, like collection of goods, must be specifically specifically. The journey to and from the tenderer's business address will not be settled unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
