Ørsta municipality needs lighting staff both as connected to carpentry and joinery species, as well as disciplines that described below. Material is not encompassed. The municipality will procure this itself. Tenesten comprises, but is not limited to:
alteration work and payments.
repairs and maintenance
minor renovations and alterations to the buildingmassa that the contracting authority has and/or operations.
assembly of wooden structures
concrete and masonry work
assembly of product and building elements
The framework agreement comprises, as a main rule, not work in connection with projects where the work included in the discipline is a part of a major total project. The contracting authority confirmed the right to use this contract in such projects where it is precautionary. The value of the framework agreement is estimated to NOK 1,250,000 million excluding VAT per annum. The total value is calculated to NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT.
Tenderers must provide the necessary tools and equipment for the different assignments. Ørsta municipality orders suppliers to use scaffolding and lifts that the municipality itself has available and when the municipality requires this. Tenderers cannot store equipment and tools in ørsta municipality ́s premises.
