After notification of the award, a waiting period of minimum 10 calendar days calculated from the date the award notification is sent electronically.
Appeals to the award decision must be lodged within the expiry of the stipulated waiting period. The contracting authority will handle the complaint as quickly as possible, normally within a few working days, provided that the appeal is concrete and sufficiently justified. If the complaint gives reasons for changes or further assessments, this will be dealt with before a contract is signed. Complaints that come after the contract has been signed cannot affect the outcome of the competition, but will be answered to the degree relevant.
