Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations.: The contracting authority will assess i.a. emphasise whether the tenderer has profitable operation and positive equity. The Contracting Authority will evaluate the Tenderer's fulfilment of the qualification requirements in the following manner:
For accounting companies with economic activity: Revised Annual Financial Statements with notes, the Board's Annual Reports and Audit Reports for the last two years for accounting companies. If the annual accounts for the last accounting year have not yet been formally approved, the provisional annual accounts must be submitted. Any recent information that documents or can affect the company ́s financial position shall also be enclosed.
For non-accountable companies, SUS and companies without financial activity. A budget shall be enclosed for the assignment and a full-bodied account that substantiates sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment.
If the tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation that the contracting authority has demanded, the tenderer can prove its economic and financial capacity by any other document, including e.g. by a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee etc.
The Contracting Authority will itself extract rating reports on the www.soliditet.no (delivered by Bisnode Credit AS).

The total number of employees, as well as the number of mum radiologists and radiologists. Tenderers must be able to refer to resources and competence within clinical breastadiology. (CVs shall not be enclosed for this description, nor should there be a statement of named resource persons intended for each assignment).
The tenderer's experience with delivery of the performance competition includes:
A description of the most important and relevant delivery related to this concrete procurement during the last 12 months within breast diagnostics. Both relevant deliveries from the tenderer's organisation and for individuals now employed in the organisation can be used to fulfil this requirement.
Annex 11 Reply Form technical and professional qualifications shall be used. The document shall be uploaded under the qualification requirements in Mercell, and not as a part of the tender offer.
