The objective of the procurement is the procurement of 1 bone density meter for the Picture Diagnostic Department at Nordland Hospital, Bodø. The department carries out bone density measurement of patients in all age groups; from children and up to the elderly. It is essential for the department that the offered equipment is user friendly and has good picture quality.  Tenders are expected for equipment with a quality of "high-end".

The procedures in the department include, among other things, AP back, total hip/thigh neck, VFA, distal forearm, whole body examination with body composition. An option is wanted for the procurement of 4 bone density meters for the companies in Helse Nord RHF. Options for the procurement of additional units will be exercised within 4 years of the contract being signed. See the Requirement Specifications and the Price Form for further details.

Tenderers are registered in a company register or a trade register in the member state in which the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member states may have to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

Regarding any other economic and financial requirements that have been stated in the notice or in the procurement documents, the tenderer declares that:
Minimum qualification requirements
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and
financial capacity to implement
contractual obligations.
Economic and financial capacity means
that the tenderer fulfils the following requirements:
Credit rating equivalent to A or better, measured against the AAA
Solidity scale - or equivalent score from
other reputable rating company.

The Contracting Authority will assess the Tenderer's
fulfilment of the qualification requirement on the following
Ways:
- Credit rating, not older than six months.
and which are based on the last known
accounting figures.
If the tenderer has a justifiable reason not to
submit the documentation that the contracting authority
have demanded, the tenderer can prove his
economic and financial capacity at any
another document, including a commitment statement, parent company guarantee,
bank guarantee, etc.
The contracting authority reserves the right to:
extract credit reports from the www.soliditet.no (submitted
by Bisnode Credit AS/Dun & Bradstreet) for
verify that the Tenderer has sufficient
economic and financial capacity to be able to.
fulfil the contractual obligations.

Only for public goods deliveries: In the reference period, the tenderer has carried out the following important deliveries of the requested type, or the following important services of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration.
Minimum qualification requirements
Tenderers shall have sufficient technical and
professional qualifications, including human
and technical resources and experiences, to
fulfil the contractual obligations.
Tenderers are required to have sufficient
experience and professional qualifications from equivalent
assignments, connected to the execution of such services
and work.
As equivalent assignments, the delivery and
installation of bone density meters to an equivalent
operation and diagnostics as requested in
Competition.
Sufficient professional qualifications will be considered
technical personnel who have experience with executing
service on the offered bone density meters and professional
personnel with experience with training,
user support and application follow-up
connected to the offered bone density meters.

The Contracting Authority will assess the tenderer's
fulfilment of the qualification requirement on the following
Ways:
• Tenderers shall enclose a list of at least
three deliveries in the last 3 years,
including information about value, date
and recipients. Certificates issued or
confirmed by the contracting authority can be attached.

A description of the competence and experience of
technical personnel who will be responsible for executing
service and provide technical support, as well as professional
personnel who will be responsible for following-up
and professional support that the tenderer has at its disposal for
to fulfil the contractual obligations. The Contracting Authority will assess the tenderer's
fulfilment of the qualification requirement on the following
Ways:
• Tenderers shall enclose a list of at least
three deliveries in the last 3 years,
including information about value, date
and recipients. Certificates issued or
