Technical and professional qualifications: Requirement: The tenderer ́s experience has the following requirements:
1) Tenderers shall have good experience from the delivery of relevant types of project assistance, including project assistance within multi-disciplinary coordination, follow-up of general contracts, turnkey contracts as well as contracts with transports, SHA coordination and financial management.
2) Tenderers shall have experience with delivering relevant services in a renovation project for listed or listed buildings.
Documentation: Description of the tenderer's most relevant assignments in the last three years. The description must include a statement of the project name, contracting authority, the project ́s total cost and length, the tenderer's role in the project, scope in hours, date of the delivery and the tenderer's delivery in the project. Part I annex 5 Reference Form shall be filled in per reference project. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description.
