Sub-contract 1 is a group contract for Architect (ARK), Landscape Architect (LARK), Consultant Engineer for Construction (RIB), Consultant Engineer for Fire (RIBr), Consulting Engineer HVAC (RIV), Consulting Engineer Electro (RIE), Consulting Engineer ITB (RITB), Consultant Engineer Acoustics (RIAku), Consulting Engineer, Construction Physics (RIByFy). The contract will initially include the preparation of: The draft project Preliminary project in the interaction Contracting Authority will have an option to use ARK and RI further in the project. The contracting authority will also be able to use the agreement for the project Nye Løten secondary school (option), provided that the secondary school shall be a new building co-located with the new primary school. A prerequisite that the option will be used is political decisions from the municipality. Political decisions are expected to be received before August 2025.
