Technical and professional qualifications: Requirement: The tenderer shall have experience from similar assignments.
Documentation requirement: Description of the tenderer ́s up to 5 most relevant assignments in the course of the last 3 years.
The description must include a statement of:
• The assignment ́s value
• The assignment ́s content
• Date of delivery or execution as well as recipient
• Type of building (new building/renovation project)
• Type of installations
• The building's purpose and whether the building was in use during
Works
• Whether the buildings were included in protection/protection
It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description. The qualification assessment will be based on a total assessment of the above mentioned bullet points.
Tenderers can document their experience by
refer to competence of personnel that the tenderer has at his disposal and
can use for assignments under this framework agreement,
even if the experience has been built up while the personnel
have provided services for another service provider.
