The contracting authority intends to enter into an ongoing service agreement for statutory annual inspections of fire alarm systems and emergency lights (guiding systems). The systems shall be inspected in accordance with the current standards and regulations. The contracting authority ́s need consists primarily of inspections and service of existing installations and, thus, improvements to defects uncovered by the inspections. We have, based on figures from 1 May 2025, prepared an estimate of the need for completed inspections in the years to come, see annex 10 - Building overview fire and emergency lighting installations 2025. The figures are however only estimates and are not binding for the Contracting Authority. Improvement, maintenance and renovation projects over this amount shall always be clarified with and approved by the Contracting Authority. See annex 5 - overview of locations for an overview of the systems that shall be inspected. The county is constantly changing, where new buildings are established/procured and existing buildings are demolished. The overview can therefore be changed slightly during the contract period. Any new buildings shall be included in the contract on equivalent contract terms.
