Narvik kommune

Open tender contest in accordance with the public procurement regulations, parts I and III for the procurement of a turnkey contract for the delivery of lifts and snow installations, as well as a turnkey contract for the development and delivery of site work for the Alpine World Championships 2029. The FIS Alpine World Ski Championship is the world's second largest winter sports event after the Olympic Winter Games, and Narvik will host the 2029 Alpine Ski Championships. A more detailed description is in the interaction agreement annex A2 - General Description of the scope and requirements. The contractual works shall be completed during autumn 2027 so that the facility is ready for the Word Cup final 2028 which will be a trial World Cup. The tenderer ́s economic and professional capacity.: Satisfactory economic and financial capacity is required to implement the contractual works. The economic and financial capacity will be examined based on a total assessment including the operating margin (operating margin) (preferably higher than 5%), Current ratio( preferably higher than 1), Debt-equity ratio (preferably lower than 5) and capital adequacy/solvency ratio (preferably higher than 20%). • The tenderer's Annual Financial Statements, Annual Report and Audit Report for the last two years and recent information which is of importance to the tenderer's fiscal figures. Annual financial statements, annual report and audit report are what Norwegian companies send to the Brønnøysund Register Centre. • The contracting authority will obtain credit analysis • If a tenderer has valid reasons for not producing the requested documentation, a guarantee can be given from a parent company that fulfils the qualification requirements, or alternatively a declaration from an auditor or financial institution. • If the tenderer is dependent on a parent company or others, the corresponding financial figures for the actual company and the affidavit shall be submitted.

The tenderer ́s technical and professional qualifications.: Tenderers shall have very good implementation ability and good experience with the delivery/execution of • lift installations, • snow installations, and • site work of a comparable extent, climate and character, cf. annex A2 - General Description and annex. Tenderers shall provide five of the most relevant assignments in the last five years, including the type of delivery, value, time frame and contracting authority for each of the following categories: • construction contracts, • lift installations, and • Snow installations This means that a total of 15 reference projects shall be submitted, five for each of the three categories. Tenderers shall use the template for reference assignments, see part 0-A - Annex 1 Reference Form Project. The description of the reference projects shall be a maximum of one A4 page. The tenderer must provide a name and email address for a reference person at the recipient for each of these most relevant projects. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the stated reference persons.
