Nye Veier

Nye Veier would like to enter into a contract for mobile telephony services. This includes: • Mobile subscriptions, including voice, SMS, MMS and data traffic • SIM cards, including data cards and twin cards • System for the company network • Mobile switchboard • M2M subscription (option) The aim of the agreement is to ensure access to cost efficient systems for telephony and data traffic. The agreement must also ensure that private costs are handled correctly and taxed correctly. The contracting authority would like to join up with a tenderer who can offer very good coverage in the areas where Nye Veier has locations. The new agreement shall replace the current agreement.

Organisational and legal position requirements: Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established. Documentation requirement: Company Registration Certificate

Economic and financial position requirements: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for collateral will be sufficient to meet the requirement. Documentation requirement: Credit rating based on the last known fiscal figures, not older than 3 months. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation required by the contracting authority, he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that the Contracting Authority deems appropriate.

Requirements regarding technical and professional qualifications: Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts included in this agreement. Documentation requirement: Description of up to three of the tenderer's most relevant contracts in the last three years. The descriptions must also include the contract value, date and name of the recipient where possible. See part 1 annex 5 for the template.

Requirements regarding technical and professional qualifications: Tenderers shall have a third party established quality assurance system or standard, type ISO 9001 or equivalent. Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall enclose a license number for the certification and a copy of the certificate. The contracting authority will accept other documentation for an equivalent quality assurance system or standard if the tenderer is unable to obtain such certificates by the tender deadline, and this is not due to the tenderer himself. It is a prerequisite that the tenderer documents that these measures correspond to the requested quality assurance systems or standards.

It is a prerequisite that the tenderer documents that these measures are equivalent to the requested environmental management systems or standards.
