Oslo municipality c/o the Agency for Urban Environment (BYM), The Agency for Water and Sewerage Works (VAV) and the Agency for Urban Development (EBY) - hereafter called the Contracting Authority , invite tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for removal of graffiti. Graffiti, posters and stickers shall be removed from the Contracting Authority's properties/installations. In addition graffiti, posters and stickers shall be removed from private, government and other municipal house owners facades in accordance with a separate subscription scheme.
The contract will be valid for 2 years from 01.07.2025. The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for up to two years on verbatim terms. Triggering of the option will occur automatically, unless the contracting authority notifies the tenderer that the option should not be taken up.
