Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
Parallel framework agreements shall be signed for: Construction Management / Builder Ombudsman Coordinator for the execution phase (KU) The framework agreements shall be used in connection with the execution of construction projects under the auspices of Statsbygg ́s builder department and minor measures carried out by the operations department. The projects include renovation and maintenance of the existing buildings, as well as new buildings and alterations. The buildings that apply to this agreement are located in Vestfold, Telemark and the lower part of Buskerud and consist of prisons, buildings with protection status and cultural memorial, university and university colleges, social and cultural buildings etc. The projects will primarily have a size between NOK 5 - 100 million excluding VAT.
