Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

HI is subject to the Procurement Act and the Procurement Regulations, and in the next year and a half there is a need to increase the capacity of the procurement section in order to carry out the necessary procurements within IT, laboratory operation and shipping company. The contracting authority would like to offer three consultants. The consultants will cooperate closely with buyers and other relevant professionals at HI. If otherwise agreed, the consultants shall as a main rule have a place of work in the contracting authority ́s premises in Strandgaten 196, 5004 Bergen.

Experience from similar assignments: Tenderers shall demonstrate relevant experience from professional procurement assistance with public contracting authorities. Documentation requirement: Tenderers shall provide an overview of the most relevant deliveries of procurement assistance that the tenderer has carried out in the last three (3) years, together with information on the contract ́s value, date of delivery or execution and the name of the assignment. Tenderers shall fill in Annex 2 of the Tender Documentation - Reference Form.
