The credit assessment shall be a so-called rating (include a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating) and it shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit institution (for example: Dun & Bradstreet, Creditinform, Soliditet or equivalent institutions). If the tenderer has valid reasons for not presenting the documentation requested by the Norwegian Wine and Wine and Liquor Store, the Contracting Authority can document its economic and financial standing with any other document accepted by the Contracting Authority. If the tenderer has such valid reasons, he may contact the Contracting Authority in writing in order to clarify which other documentation is acceptable. Minimum qualification requirements
