The contracting authority would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with tenderers for consulting services for corporate governance. The contracting authority ́s description of the need is given in annex 1 to SSA-R.
The contracting authority can also include services/consultancy services connected to digitalisation and technological transformation (e.g. need analysis for new systems, digitalisation of services, consultancy services on the use of new technology) as needed.
If a vendor, short(1-2 pages) wishes to emphasise conditions in connection with digitalisation and technological transformation, which can be relevant and give an added value for the Contracting Authority, we request that this is described. The option will not be evaluated, but it may be necessary to use if the need occurs in the contract period.
