Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for printing services, profile articles and trade fair materials. The procurement shall i.a. include the preparation of print files and printing of forms (forms), brochures, folders, posters etc. in addition "printing as needed" (print on demand), as well as other printing services. The procurement also includes profile articles, trade fair material and simple graphical design connected to the services. The estimated value is NOK 6-7 million excluding VAT for the four year period. The maximum total value of the framework agreement is NOK 8.5 million excluding VAT. The contract shall be regulated by the attached contract terms with annexes, cf. the competition for the basis Part II and the III.Se Mercell portal and the attached documents, for further information. Services only: Only for services: In the reference period, the tenderer has carried out the following important goods deliveries of the requested type, or the following important services of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and allow experience from the previous three years to be taken into consideration. Minimum qualification requirements Relevant experience from similar deliveries is required. Documented by a description of the tenderer's 3 most important deliveries over the last three years, including a description of the assignment, their value, date and recipients.

Technical personnel or technical units: Tenderers can use the following technical personnel or technical units , particularly those who are responsible for quality control: For technical personnel or technical units that do not directly belong to the tenderer ́s business, but if the capacity the tenderer will use, cf. part II, section C, separate ESPD forms shall be supplemented.

Technical facilities and quality assurance measures: The tenderer utilises the following technical facilities and quality assurance measures and the tenderer ́s survey and research facility is as follows: Minimum qualification requirements A good, well functioning quality assurance system is required.
