The contracting authority ́s award decision will be notified in writing to all tenderers, including tenderers who have been rejected or had their tender rejected. The notification will include justification for the selection, as well as a deadline for any appeals regarding the award decision. The appeals deadline runs parallel to the waiting period, and during this period the contracting authority cannot enter into contracts covered by the procurement.
