If the credit rating does not include turnover figures, the tenderer shall document the turnover with the last approved annual accounts and auditor's report.

Foreign tenderers shall submit an equivalent certificate from authorities equivalent to the Norwegian authorities.
The tax certificate must not be older than six months calculated from the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition. Any arrears and other notes must be explained.
